About the product: Craboodle is a convenient Vietnamese-style thick noodle soup made from real freshwater crab, shrimp, fish paste, and a rich broth infused with cashew oil, mushroom seasoning, and aromatic herbs. Designed for quick preparation in foodservice and retail settings, the product delivers an authentic, savory crab flavor with soft, chewy noodles. Ideal for restaurants, meal-prep services, supermarkets, and ready-to-eat sections.
Serving instruction: No need to defrost. Open the bowl lid about 1/4 of the way, place in the microwave and heat for 10–11 minutes at 1000W. If the product is not fully defrosted, microwave for 5 minutes at 1000W, then transfer the noodle soup into a pot and cook for 6–7 minutes at 1000W until the broth thickens and the noodles are tender. If already defrosted, reheat directly in the pot.
