Serving instruction: Mix 12g of jelly powder with 270g of sugar. Bring 1–1.5 liters of water to a boil, slowly add the mixture while stirring continuously, and boil for 5–7 minutes until fully dissolved. Pour into molds, let cool, then refrigerate until set before serving.
Shelf life: Over 12 months.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
